NOTE:  This change will affect all Hemostasis testing EXCEPT the following:

1.  Genetic testing for Bleeding Disorders (i.e. Hemophilia A and B and VWD):  This testing will continue to be offered at our Eastlake (Hemostasis Genomics) Laboratory.  Please visit our Bleeding Disorders Lab – Bloodworks Northwest page for information on how to order bleeding disorder testing.
2. ADAMTS-13 Activity, Inhibition, and Antibody Testing:  This testing will continue to be offered as well.  Please visit our Platelet Immunology Laboratory test descriptions page for information on our  ADAMTS -13 testing and how to order it.
